Great question. I think AI Copilots will become ubiquitous, not having them available at a future employer will impact attracting and retaining talent. Organisations that are focussed on working out the value proposition and ROI will have worked out how to successfully adopt the technology and drive a return and will shift up a gear. Slow to adopt organisations will struggle to catch-up and maintain competitiveness.
