Welcome to The Advania Community! 

The Community is a space for our customers, partners, and users to connect and share best practices, exchange ideas, ask questions, discuss challenges, and get peer-to-peer support from fellow IT leaders and Advania experts.

We strive to ensure that this Community is a safe, friendly and helpful space where everyone is respected. You must review and follow the Community Guidelines below and the Advania Terms of Use.

Rules of participation

Be respectful and inclusive: Treat all members with kindness and respect. We celebrate diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive space where everyone feels welcome. Avoid language or actions that could be offensive or discriminatory.

Stay on topic and be constructive: Keep discussions relevant to the community's focus. When sharing feedback or opinions, aim to be constructive and helpful.

Protect privacy and confidentiality: Be mindful of privacy. Avoid sharing personal, confidential, or sensitive information about yourself, your organisation, or others. Please do not email or contact other members externally (e.g. via LinkedIn) without their explicit permission.

Avoid spam and self-promotion: Please refrain from unsolicited promotions or advertisements.

Content

Cite sources and respect intellectual property: When sharing content that isn't your original work, always provide proper attribution to the original source. This practice respects intellectual property rights and maintains the integrity of our community.

Misinformation: Certain types of misleading or deceptive content with serious risk of harm are not allowed on the Community.

Disclose any non-human generated content: To ensure trust and transparency, clearly disclose any AI-generated content in your posts. You are responsible for the accuracy of all content you share on the Community.

Moderation

Report inappropriate content: Posts and comments are monitored by our moderators on an ongoing basis. However, if you come across content that violates these guidelines or makes you uncomfortable, please report it by following these steps:

1. Click the Flag icon in the lower-left of the post.
2. Choose the first option: Community Guidelines Violation.
3. Leave a note if needed.

A moderator will review the flagged content and determine the appropriate action.

Advania reserves the right to review and remove any discussion or post without notice, as well as ban users from the Community who violate our Guidelines or Terms of Use.
