In recent conversations with some of our customers on AI, it was a shared sentiment that while there’s strong interest in automation and optimisation, there's still limited clarity on value beyond hype.

We did uncover some specific use cases that are already proving value though, so there's definitely an opportunity to host a collaborative webinar or thread on the Community to share these - let me take it from here!
