We're very intentional about evolving our services at Advania - the value you get from us as a client should always increase over time, and the technology landscape and opportunities and threats faced by organisations never stand still. Our Products & Services function is the group tasked with continual evolution of our portfolio - helping our teams develop and introduce new services so we solve more of your challenges and get more leverage from your technology investments.
We represent our plans in a series of roadmap artifacts so that clients and internal teams across our business can understand what's coming. Major areas include AI, Automation & Analytics, Security & Compliance, Modern Work, Managed Services (with ServiceNow forming part of this), Azure Infra & Data, Unified Comms & Collaboration, and Fresh, our intranet product based on Microsoft 365. We have a dedicated Product Director for nearly all of those areas - a big investment for us and something we believe sets us apart from other technology providers - where each individual owns part of our services portfolio and its evolution.
Our 2025 services roadmap
The diagram below represents our overall plans - it can be a useful guide to understand what we're investing in and what you can expect from us in the future. However, there's a lot on there! This is a good thing of course, but it does mean the map itself isn't always the simplest thing to look at and understand - so further down I'll link to some other details which unfold our plans in the different areas listed above in a bit more detail.

If you've wondered where we're going in different areas of technology, hopefully that provides an outline - but let's expand each major area a bit more. Here are some slides which cover a couple of areas at a time, outlining:
- Our strategy for this area
- Key propositions (services we already provide)
- New/coming soon (services we're planning to introduce)
The slides below mainly cover two areas at a time to save on space, and there's a PDF download at the end if that's easier:
Summary
Hopefully that gives you some insight into our plans and innovation! If anything in here prompts a question or some thoughts, we're more than happy to jump on a call to discuss - whether that's the Product Director for the relevant area, Chris O'Brien as overall Products & Services Director, or another expert from our business. Just get in touch with your Account Manager and we can get something set up.
