1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Client Community Reward Programme (“the Programme”). By participating in the Programme, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Eligibility
- The Programme is open to clients who are registered members of our Community.
- Participants must be aged 18 or over.
- Employees, contractors, and agents of the organiser and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
- Members of the public sector are not eligible to participate.
3. Programme Overview
The Programme is designed to reward active participation and engagement within our Client Community. Rewards are distributed based on specified levels of engagement, as outlined below. The Programme also supports our sustainability objectives and may include charitable collaborations.

5. Reward Redemption and Conditions
- Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organiser reserves the right to substitute any reward with an alternative of equal or greater value.
- The organiser will make reasonable efforts to ensure rewards are delivered promptly but accepts no responsibility for delays beyond its control.
- For the donation option at Level 4, donations will be processed through the organiser’s terms and processes.
6. Participation and Conduct
Participants are expected to engage positively and respectfully within the Community. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant for behaviour deemed inappropriate or harmful to the Community.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
By participating in the Programme, you consent to the organiser processing your personal data for the purpose of administering the Programme and delivering rewards. Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to the Programme
The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Programme or these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any material changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organiser accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participation in the Programme or use of any reward.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
