This page lists the terms and conditions for current and recent Advania Community prize draws and competitions. Each section has a direct link.
Advania UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 03645998) with its offices at Lowry Mill, Lees Street, Swinton, Manchester M27 6DB (“Advania UK”). Group VAT number: GB224310164.
1. The prize draw is open to customers replying to the monthly “Question of the Month” hosted on the Advania Community from August to December 2025.
2. All entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
3. Entries are made by posting a comment on the threads labelled “Question of the Month” on the Advania Community. Only one entry per person per month will be entered into the draw, regardless of the number of comments posted.
4. First draw window: opens 08:00 (GMT) on 14 August 2025 and closes 17:00 (GMT) on 31 August 2025.
5. Future draw windows: each monthly draw will run for approximately one month; exact opening and closing dates will be announced on the Advania Community each month.
6. By commenting on a “Question of the Month” thread, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7. Employees and agents of the Promoter and its associated companies, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are excluded from entry.
8. By entering, you confirm you are eligible to do so in accordance with these terms and may be required to provide evidence of eligibility.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.
10. Each monthly winner will receive a £25 voucher, redeemable with a selection of participating UK retailers. The list of available retailers will be provided to the winner upon confirmation of the prize.
11. No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is not transferable.
12. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random by the Promoter from all eligible entries received for that month’s draw.
13. The draw will take place within 5 days of the closing date, and the winner will be announced on the same “Question of the Month” thread in the Advania Community.
14. If the winner does not wish to accept the prize, the Promoter may draw an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
15. The Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize within 10 working days of (i) receiving confirmation of the winner’s contact and delivery details and (ii) the winner’s acceptance of the prize.
16. No purchase is necessary. You can enter without purchasing any Promoter product(s) or service(s).
17. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if necessary.
19. The winner’s name will remain visible on the relevant “Question of the Month” thread and can also be obtained by emailing community@advania.co.uk.
20. The Promoter, its directors, employees, agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible for or liable to compensate the winner, or accept any liability, for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of accepting the prize, except where caused by the gross negligence of the Promoter, its directors, employees, agents or distributors. Your statutory rights are not affected.
21. If you are the winner, you agree that the Promoter may use your name to announce the winner and for other reasonable and related promotional purposes for 1 month thereafter.
22. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided with your entry may be used by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers solely to administer this prize draw. For details on how we process personal data, see our privacy policy at advania.co.uk/privacy.
23. If the Promoter believes there has been a breach of these terms and/or a fraud has been committed, it may, at its sole discretion, exclude you from this prize draw or require you to return the prize.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this prize draw where necessary.
25. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
